400g postruhanej cukiny ( alebo tekvice )
100g postruhaneho tvrdeho syra
priblizne 50 g (viac alebo menej to je jedno ) na drobno nakrajanej sunky, alebo salamy
200g polohrubej muky ( ja davam celozrnnu )
1 cela cibula na drobno nakrajana
1 prasok do peciva
3 vajcia
sol, korenie
POSTUP PŘÍPRAVY
Tak toto je fakt jednoduche. Vsetko spolu v mise vymiesame. Cesto by malo mat konzistenciu babovky.
Vlejeme do vymastenej formy, odporucim tensiu vrstvu, rychlejsie a lepsie sa kolac prepecie. Vlozime do vyhriatej rury a pri 200 stupnoch pecieme do zlatista . (asi 25 minut ).Na tomto recepte je dobre, ze obsahuje same zdrave veci, a ziadne zbytocne tuky. A chuti aj detom.
